Finn Calero
Finn Calero, hailing from the vibrant music scene of Toronto, has carved out a niche for himself in the world of pop music. Heat in My Step

Finn Calero

Oh!
You move like the world’s got a pulse in your hand
I feel it hit me every time you stand— hey!

You got a spark that keeps cutting the room
Every little gesture makes the beat go boom
Tell me what you want don’t hide that tone
’Cause the way you roll feels full-grown

Step-step heat in my step
Turn-turn making me sweat
Step-step heat in my step
You know exactly what effect you get

Move it right don’t hesitate
Your timing hits like it’s born from fate
Slide that line make it rotate
I’m locked in there’s no escape

You bring the fire when the tempo hits
I feel the energy across my ribs
You got a rhythm that never quits
I fall in sync when your body shifts
You bring the fire when the tempo hits
I rise I jump I lose my grip

Ooh you take me higher just by walking in
Ooh I feel my balance slipping thin
Ooh I try to hold but you begin
To turn my calm into a pivot-spin

Go on push it— yeah!
Go on show it— ah!
Go on move it— woo!
Heat in my step when I follow you!

Better With Less

Eli Mercer

I kept every receipt like proof
Bought more space then filled each room
Wore my plans like heavy clothes
Carried things I never chose
One by one I let them go
Found out what I need to know
A steady hand a faithful friend
A little time I do not spend

Nothing missing nothing owed
I can feel my shoulders let go

I am better with less
Better with air on my chest
Better with one true yes
Than a hundred maybes I regret
I was counting every prize
While the good passed by my eyes
Now I know what matters best
I am better better with less

I gave away that tailored coat
Kept one song my father wrote
Took old numbers from my phone
Made this smaller place my own
No gold frame can hold a day
No new car can make love stay
I choose people I choose time
I choose a life that still feels mine

Nothing missing nothing owed
I can feel my shoulders let go

I am better with less
Better with air on my chest
Better with one true yes
Than a hundred maybes I regret
I was counting every prize
While the good passed by my eyes
Now I know what matters best
I am better better with less

Keep the rush keep the race
I found freedom with some space
Every burden I release
Leaves more room for what I need

I am better with less
Better with air on my chest
Better with one true yes
Than a hundred maybes I regret
I was counting every prize
While the good passed by my eyes
Now I know what matters best
I am better better with less

Pieces Of Tomorrow
Glass Orchard

Verified Verified Artist

Glass Orchard
Glass Orchard: underdogs from Iceland's burgeoning musical arena, who've taken indie beats and songwriting to a whole new Frosty level. Headed by a commanding male lead supported by a dynamic duo of keyboardists, they're melting all sorts of icy musical conventions.

Born under the northern lights of Reykjavik, they're often joked as the "fruity version" of Sigur Rós. Our main man pulls emotional threads like a seasoned weaver, belting out raw, hearty verses that contrast blissfully against the soft twinkling of the keyboards, played by our male-female dynamic duo. And boy, do they peel back the layers!

Their most noteworthy track, "Pieces of Tomorrow", tantalizingly teeters between radio-friendly pop and their native avant-garde sound. It’s like biting into an enchanted apple; filled with textured layers of auditory delight. Get ready to chomp down to get a taste of the future through their fresh, clairvoyant tunes.

Once you've had a bite of Glass Orchard, you'll understand why Iceland's not just famous for their geysers and quirky mayor. Much like their namesake, they reflect a myriad of perspectives under one musical roof. Sweet, tangy, and reliably crisp, Glass Orchard’s music serves us delicious pieces of tomorrow, today.

Pieces Of Tomorrow

Glass Orchard

I remember
Little pieces
Little pieces
Of tomorrow

I woke up in a moving city
With your message on my phone
Saying nothing lasts forever
But I hate the word alone

There were faces in the window
There were names I couldn’t place
I was dancing through the morning
Trying not to see your face

I don’t wanna fall back
I don’t wanna fade out
I don’t wanna stand still
Waiting for the same sound

If the night is broken
Let the beat repair it
If my heart is open
I’m not scared to wear it

Piece by piece
I come alive
Little lights
Inside my mind

Beat by beat
I feel the fire
You were gone
But I got higher

Piece by piece
I’m not the same
I lost you once
But found my name

Oh-oh-oh
I come alive
Piece by piece
I come alive

Come alive
Come alive
Piece by piece
I come alive

Come alive
Come alive
Little pieces
Of tomorrow

I kept walking through the static
With my shadow next to me
Every heartbreak has a rhythm
If you let the body breathe

I was more than what you left with
More than tears on bathroom tiles
Now the bassline pulls me forward
And I’m learning how to smile

I don’t wanna fall back
I don’t wanna fade out
I don’t wanna stand still
Waiting for the same sound

If the night is broken
Let the beat repair it
If my heart is open
I’m not scared to wear it

Piece by piece
I come alive
Little lights
Inside my mind

Beat by beat
I feel the fire
You were gone
But I got higher

Piece by piece
I’m not the same
I lost you once
But found my name

Oh-oh-oh
I come alive
Piece by piece
I come alive

Maybe love is not a place
Maybe home can change its shape
Maybe all the things we lose
Turn into another way

I don’t need the past to call
I don’t need the door unlocked
I can be the one who breaks
And still becomes the song

Piece by piece
I come alive
Little lights
Inside my mind

Beat by beat
I feel the fire
You were gone
But I got higher

Piece by piece
I’m not the same
I lost you once
But found my name

Oh-oh-oh
I come alive
Piece by piece
I come alive

I remember
Little pieces
Little pieces
Of tomorrow

Piece by piece
I come alive

Static on the Line

Ryder James

Mmm… yeah
Turn it up

Found your note between the bills folded twice
Three crooked letters never said it nice
Kitchen radio is drifting off-time
Wrong station playing but it suits the night

I dial your number — hear a click then air
Flashing digits on the stove just stare
Every heartbeat in my chest misaligns
Still I’m listening for a sign

There’s static on the line but I still hear you fine
In broken little sparks we talk like power lines
If silence is a sign then prove me wrong tonight
Tune me in or cut me loose — there’s static on the line

City bus sighs at a midnight stop
Paperback angel at a corner shop
Borrowed coat hangs wide on my frame
Pockets full of change and a half-drawn name

Counting rail ties stepping over goodbyes
Copper on my tongue from unspoken replies
I hold my breath as if it might realign
What keeps crossing in my mind

There’s static on the line but I still hear you fine
In broken little sparks we talk like power lines
If silence is a sign then prove me wrong tonight
Tune me in or cut me loose — there’s static on the line

Maybe I’m a bent antenna in a storm I knew
Turn me just a single degree — I point back to you
If the signal fades and the bars go blind
Call me by the name you underlined

Line… line… static on the line
(Keep talking)
Line… line… static on the line

There’s static on the line but I still hear you fine
In broken little sparks we talk like power lines
If silence is a sign then prove me wrong tonight
Tune me in or cut me loose — there’s static on the line

Mmm… tune me in
Static on the line

All for One Y.
Ayvenn

Verified Verified Artist

Ayvenn
Ayvenn was born and raised in Clearwater Heights, a quiet hillside town in Georgia where music wasn’t just background noise — it was how people coped, celebrated, and remembered. From Sunday gospel choirs to late-night Latin radio, the sounds around him shaped a boy who rarely spoke, but always listened. In silence, he learned to interpret the world. And when he began writing lyrics, it wasn’t about performance — it was about decoding feelings he couldn’t name.

Fusing Pop and R&B with understated Latin textures, Ayvenn crafts music that feels more like film than formula. His voice is warm, restrained, and precise — a narrator of emotional undercurrents rather than explosions. Each track unfolds slowly, deliberately, like memories coming into focus. There’s clarity in his subtlety, weight in his pauses.

His breakout song, “All for One Y.” was born from an unexpected connection. Hakan E — the mind behind Filodyo, known for his instinct in spotting rare talent — reached out after hearing early demos from Ayvenn. He sent a short message and a concept: “This isn’t a love song. It’s a math problem.” That idea resonated deeply. To Ayvenn, the X’s weren’t just variables — they were past mistakes, unanswered questions, the people he couldn’t quite hold onto. And the “Y”? The reason he kept trying.

Ayvenn recorded the song in a single late-night session, layering vocals with surgical attention, pulling tension from silence, and shaping each detail until it echoed with something intimate and real. To Solve for Y isn’t just a debut — it’s an internal dialogue turned outward, crafted for anyone who’s ever tried to explain a feeling they didn’t fully understand.

Now, Ayvenn is building a sound that’s emotionally meticulous, sonically immersive, and unmistakably his own. Every track is a quiet revelation. Every heartbreak, every wrong turn — part of the formula. And somewhere, at the end of it, is the answer. Always her.

All for One Y.

Uuuh
Aaaa
I had the chalk I had the board
Thought I knew what I was fighting for

I mapped it out like a perfect line
Variables dancing in my mind
Tried to graph where you might be
But love don’t fit no geometry

Slopes and curves they lied to me
No formula for what you see
You’re that value off the grid
And I solved what no one ever did

Every X I tried to crack
Led me closer no way back
Thought I had it all misread
But you were waiting up ahead

You don’t know how many Xs I had to break
To get one inch closer to Y (uh-huh)
I carried numbers like they were names
Till the moment you met my eye (ooooh)
It’s a mess of signs and endless tries
But now your logic redefines (yeaaah)
You don’t know how many Xs I had to face
Just to solve for a single Y

(Uuh uuh — that single Y)
(Aaah all those Xs I tried)

Circle back erase the trace
You’re the answer that now holds its place
I tried dividing all the pain
But you were constant in the rain

Was it sine or just a sign?
You curved in at the perfect time
I drew a heart inside the square
And this time you were really there

I factored in the nights alone
Calculated love unknown
But this equation found its truth
When all the numbers pointed to you

I reduced and simplified
You multiplied what’s deep inside
Left the questions in the dust
Now the formula is us

You don’t know how many Xs I had to break
To find the one and only Y (yeah yeah)
I carried numbers like they were names
But you gave meaning to the why (no no)
It’s a mess of signs and endless tries
Now it all aligns no need to lie (uh-huh)
You don’t know how many Xs I had to face
Just to solve for a single Y

(Uuh that final Y)
(Aaaah no more Xs I…)

Maybe you were undefined
In the limits of my mind
An asymptote I chased in vain
Till you stood right in the frame

You don’t know how many Xs I had to break
To stand here holding onto Y
I carried numbers like they were weights
But now the answer meets the sky
The signs were loud the tries were wild
But now I see the reason why
You don’t know how many Xs I had to face
Just to know that Y was you

(Uuh you’re my Y)
(Aaaah it’s always been you)

So I drop the pen the work is done
You were the proof the only one
No more math no more try
You’re my answer — you’re my Y

Runaway Light
Ian Merrow

Verified Verified Artist

Ian Merrow
Ian Merrow is an alternative singer-songwriter from the misty shores of Brighton, UK, whose music lives quietly but powerfully—exclusively on Filodyo. Blending melancholic guitar textures with intimate, confessional lyrics, Ian crafts songs that feel like late-night thoughts you were never meant to say out loud. His sound walks the line between indie rock and cinematic pop, echoing the raw sensitivity of artists like Jeff Buckley and the atmospheric pull of early Radiohead.

Rather than chasing the mainstream, Ian chose to remain deliberately off-grid. He records in his small seaside flat, using second-hand gear and a notebook full of scribbled lines. For him, imperfection is part of the truth. His debut track "Runaway Light" introduced listeners to a world of quiet emotional urgency, where love, regret, and longing flicker like headlights in the fog.

Ian’s connection to Filodyo wasn’t just a distribution decision—it was an artistic choice. “It’s the only platform that lets me stay invisible and be heard at the same time,” he says. No social media, no interviews, no labels. Just music. And for those who find him, it's like stumbling upon a secret worth keeping.

With each release, Ian continues to prove that volume isn’t necessary to make an impact. His songs don’t shout — they haunt.

Runaway Light

Ian Merrow

You showed up in my life like a summer flame
Lit up the dark but never played the game
We danced through the chaos no plan no map
Just two wild hearts in a midnight trap

You said “Don’t blink the moment might go”
And I felt the sky start to glow

We were runnin’ on runaway light
Faster than the doubts that kept us up at night
Hands out the window dreams in our eyes
Didn’t know where but we knew how to fly
We were burnin’ burnin’ too bright—
On runaway light

Old mixtapes and crooked smiles
We drove in silence for a hundred miles
Your hair in the wind sun on your face
Even the hurt felt like grace

You said “Hold on don’t let it fade”
And I swear the world was remade

We were runnin’ on runaway light
Faster than the doubts that kept us up at night
Hands out the window dreams in our eyes
Didn’t know where but we knew how to fly
We were burnin’ burnin’ too bright—
On runaway light

Now the road is quiet the flame burns low
But I still feel it when the records slow
You’re a spark that never died
Still running in my mind

We were runnin’ on runaway light
Took that leap didn’t care if it was right
Hearts on fire truth in disguise
Felt so alive we didn’t even try
We were burnin’ burnin’ too bright—
On runaway light

Second-Hand Sunday
Leonard Isaiah Ellis

Verified Verified Artist

Leonard Isaiah Ellis
Leonard Isaiah Ellis is a British singer and songwriter known for his warm baritone, understated delivery, and the kind of presence that never needs to shout to be felt. Raised in South London, he grew up between church harmonies, old soul records, and the city’s late-night dance culture, which shaped the mix of intimacy and rhythm that runs through his music. Before releasing his own material, Ellis spent years writing hooks, recording demos, and lending vocals to producers in the house and electronic scene, quietly building a reputation as a dependable voice with real character.

His single Second-Hand Sunday shows a softer, more personal side of his writing. Built around small domestic details and a calm sense of gratitude, the song trades drama for comfort and finds meaning in ordinary moments, cheap coffee, old records, and the rare luxury of having nowhere to be. It is that balance of lived-in storytelling and soulful restraint that defines Leonard Isaiah Ellis, an artist more interested in honesty than image, and in songs that linger long after the room has gone quiet.

Second-Hand Sunday

Leonard Isaiah Ellis

Six coins in the jar on the shelf
Rain on the window like applause
You in my shirt with the sleeves rolled
Making toast like it's a job

We are not going anywhere today
And that is the whole plan

Give me a second-hand Sunday
Cheap coffee no ambition
Give me a second-hand Sunday
Nothing broken nothing missing
I have been rich and I have been thin
I'd take this over both of them
Give me a second-hand Sunday

(oh oh)

There's a record we have played into the ground
The needle skips at the same part
And we sing over the gap
Like it was meant to be there

Give me a second-hand Sunday
Cheap coffee no ambition
Give me a second-hand Sunday
Nothing broken nothing missing
I have been rich and I have been thin
I'd take this over both of them
Give me a second-hand Sunday

Everybody's chasing a bigger room
A better view a longer table
I've got a kettle and a radio
And somebody worth the morning

Give me a second-hand Sunday
Cheap coffee no ambition
Give me a second-hand Sunday
Nothing broken nothing missing
I have been rich and I have been thin
I'd take this over both of them
Give me a second-hand Sunday

Give me a second-hand Sunday
(oh oh)

The Land of No Tomo...
Marco Bellini

Verified Verified Artist

Marco Bellini
Meet Marco Bellini, the gleaming lone star of the independent dance scene, making you forget any sorrow with his upbeat tunes. Born and raised under the swaying palm trees of Naples, Italy, Bellini crafts sonic euphoria like no other.

Our man Bellini did not find his love in the stomping grounds of Naples’ electrifying night scene. Instead, the sun-soaked streets, vibrant markets, and the rhythmic cadence of the Mediterranean waves stirred something deep. This culminated in his irresistible brainchild—"The Land of No Tomorrow"—a track so hopelessly optimistic that it made the Billboard's 'Sad Songs' list for the sheer irony.

Marco, with his deft touch, keeps it simple—'Simple is the new sexy,' he once quipped, half-twirling his pencil-thin moustache. He convinces you there's always a dance party waiting around the corner, even in a world that often sounds like a broken record. His tunes are a sonic Piña Colada—sweet, refreshing, and leaving you high on life. As Marco himself proclaims, "a tempo that resonates with the heartbeat of joy, that's my journey's end."

The Land of No Tomorrow

Marco Bellini

There's a place where I can go
When I feel the world closing in
Take me to the Land of No Tomorrow
Where no one's ever been

I know I could stay here for the rest of my life
So take me to the Land of No Tomorrow
I'll go there tonight

And it feels like I'm falling
But you tell me I'm flying
I was feeling so low
Now you got me high

I know I could stay here for the rest of my life
So take me to the Land of No Tomorrow
I'll go there tonight

'Cause when I am with you
There's no sadness or sorrow
I could stay here for the rest of my life
So take me to the Land of No Tomorrow
I'll go there tonight

Keep the Receipt, S...
Dust Motel

Verified Verified Artist

Dust Motel
Dust Motel Static began with **Marisol “Mari” Vela**, a sharp-tongued singer and baritone guitarist raised between Tucson and a small border town where her mother ran a late-night diner. **Evan Rusk**, a quiet multi-instrumentalist and obsessive arranger from Bakersfield, had spent years repairing amplifiers, collecting discarded tape machines and writing instrumental cues for films that were never made. Mari became the face and voice of the project; Evan became the person who could turn one crooked guitar phrase into an entire record.

They met after Evan’s pickup broke down outside the diner during a summer dust storm. Mari noticed the long-scale guitar case in the truck bed, borrowed the instrument before offering any help and played the same four notes until Evan began tapping a rhythm against the counter. They spent the rest of the night recording into a battered portable machine beside the diner’s ice freezer. The resulting demo carried traffic noise, a loose refrigerator panel and an argument from the kitchen, but neither of them wanted to recreate it in a cleaner studio.

Their debut single, **“Keep the Receipt, Sweetheart,”** introduces their sound through Mari’s dry, teasing delivery, Evan’s tightly controlled rhythm section and a low melodic guitar that moves somewhere between desert noir and border-town rock. The song treats a dishonest apology like a badly fitted purchase, turning an uncomfortable conversation into a compact, playful hook. It is currently their only released track, but the duo have already made their intentions clear: Dust Motel Static prefer small details, crooked humour and memorable guitar lines over polished mythology.

Keep the Receipt, Sweetheart

Dust Motel

You parked across the hydrant
Like the law had gone to lunch
Brought six supermarket daisies
Held together with a rubber band

Said “I’ve been doing lots of thinking”
With the posture of a judge
Then set one careful “sorry”
On my counter still unopened

You pressed your palm against your chest
Like cameras filled the hall
I asked for one clean answer
You gave the director’s cut

Keep the receipt sweetheart
This apology runs small
It pinches where the truth should fit
And hangs loose everywhere else

Keep the receipt sweetheart
Take the whole display with you
You brought me something called “I’m sorry”
But the tag says “almost true”

Almost true almost true
Look at you improving

You said your phone had lost its manners
Your watch was running scared
Your friends had formed a committee
And voted you unprepared

Your mother took the witness stand
Your therapist was quoted
I asked “Did you sleep with her?”
You said “The wording feels loaded”

You lowered your voice an octave
That trick you save for court
I asked where you were Tuesday
You gave the weather report

Keep the receipt sweetheart
This apology runs small
It pinches where the truth should fit
And hangs loose everywhere else

Keep the receipt sweetheart
Take the whole display with you
You brought me something called “I’m sorry”
But the tag says “almost true”

No don’t kneel; the floor is clean
Don’t swear on anybody’s grave
Skip the trembling lower lip
You practiced beside the valet

I’m just taking inventory:
One key two names three hotel pens
You may keep the supermarket daisies
They’ve heard the whole defense

Keep the receipt sweetheart
This apology runs small
It pinches where the truth should fit
And hangs loose everywhere else

Keep the receipt sweetheart
Take your grand performance too
You brought me something called “I’m sorry”
But the tag says “almost true”

Almost true almost true
Look at you improving

“Need a bag?”
“No he came with one”
