HOT TRACK
Halfway Honest
Jason H
Verified Artist
Jason H
Jason H is a singer, songwriter, and producer who reworks the polished feel of 2000s European club music through a modern deep-house lens. His music is built around warm low-register vocals, rounded sub bass, shuffled percussion, restrained harmonies, and gradual arrangements that favor tension over spectacle. Rather than chasing oversized drops, he leans into groove, space, and emotional ambiguity, creating tracks that sit somewhere between late-night club music and intimate pop songwriting.
His latest track, “Halfway Honest,” captures that identity clearly. Set at 120 BPM, it moves through hypnotic drums, soft minor-seventh chords, subtle dub stabs, and a controlled vocal performance that never reveals too much at once. Lyrically, the song circles around partial truths, blurred intentions, and the uncomfortable space between honesty and self-protection. It is understated, sensual, and quietly melancholic — a track designed to work just as well in a dim club as it does through headphones after midnight.

Prompt
You say we’re good
I say we’re fine
Funny how those two
Don’t mean the same thing tonight
We still order for each other
Still know how the other takes it
Still laugh before the punchline lands
Still know when the other fakes it
But lately every little question
Gets answered with another one
Like we’re both trying to protect
Something neither wants undone
I don’t need perfect
I don’t need easy
I just need you
To say what you mean to me
Don’t love me halfway honest
Don’t give me almost true
If there’s something you’re not saying
I’d rather hear it from you
Don’t keep me close for comfort
Then pull away on cue
I can handle any answer
I just can’t guess what’s true
You still reach across the table
Like your hand remembers mine
Then you go quiet for a minute
And I pretend that it’s all fine
Maybe we got too good at knowing
How to leave the hard parts out
Maybe love can keep on working
But only if we talk it out
I don’t need perfect
I don’t need easy
I just need you
To say what you mean to me
Don’t love me halfway honest
Don’t give me almost true
If there’s something you’re not saying
I’d rather hear it from you
Don’t keep me close for comfort
Then pull away on cue
I can handle any answer
I just can’t guess what’s true
Say it wrong
Say it late
Say the thing
You think I’ll hate
I’d rather lose
A perfect night
Than keep pretending
We’re alright
Don’t love me halfway honest
Don’t give me almost true
If there’s something you’re not saying
I’d rather hear it from you
Don’t keep me close for comfort
Then pull away on cue
I can handle any answer
I just can’t guess what’s true
No halfway honest
No almost true
Just tell me where I stand

Brighter Than Before
Tyrell King
I used to wake up feeling slow
Waiting for a sign to show
Tried to hide the things I feared
Thought my voice would disappear
But then the day I faced the truth
Found a strength I never knew
Every step began to shine
Felt the world fall into line
I learned that every stumble
Can push you to grow
Now I’m brighter than before
Stepping out through every open door
I was quiet now I’m sure
That the future has a place for more
I’m lifting off the floor
Feeling things I never felt before
Yeah I’m brighter than before
Brighter than before
I used to doubt the things I dreamed
Didn’t think they’d come for me
But I found rhythm in my stride
Little wins that changed my mind
Now every sunrise hits just right
Makes the shadows lose their height
If today becomes a spark
I’ll be glowing after dark
I learned that every stumble
Can push you to grow
Now I’m brighter than before
Stepping out through every open door
I was quiet now I’m sure
That the future has a place for more
I’m lifting off the floor
Feeling things I never felt before
Yeah I’m brighter than before
Brighter than before
I lost my fear of starting slow
Now I rise in my own flow
Now I’m brighter than before
Stepping out through every open door
I was quiet now I’m sure
That the future has a place for more
I’m lifting off the floor
Feeling things I never felt before
Yeah I’m brighter than before
Brighter than before

Secondhand Alibi
Romeo Vane
Verified Artist
Romeo Vane
"Romeo Vane: at the ripe age of 25, this American pop-rock comet is shooting across the Alternative universe, spreading hope with doses of edgy authenticity. Born and bred in the sonic heartland of the Windy City, he’s a Chicagoan with an unapologetic knack for compelling narratives and an obsession for truth.
Whether it's life's sharp corners or the soft bruises of love, Romeo Vane's got a knack for rolling them into tunes that blend breezy alt-rock melodies with the raw, gritty flavor of pop. His stage name isn't for show; Romeo comes with a romantic bravado that'd make Shakespeare blush, and the barbed tongue of a true Windy City native. Just tune into "Kiss Me When I'm Lying" - it's less of a song, more a rollercoaster ride through hope, heartbreak, and hilariously serious self-deprecation.
Despite his youth, he's seen more than enough of life's ups and downs, packaging the human experience into easily digestible nuggets of melodic wisdom. Romeo Vane’s music is the kind that makes you call your ex at 2 a.m., cry a little, laugh a lot, and still believe in the dream of a better dawn. Now, how's that for a self-made, alternative songwriter from the city that never sleeps?"
Secondhand Alibi
Romeo Vane
I found it in a Sunday ad
Between a sofa and a wedding band
“Barely used no questions asked”
The seller wore a borrowed name
He said it worked on jealous hearts
On hotel clerks and parking guards
I paid in cash he wished me luck
Then vanished before the light changed
I practiced every detail
The hour the street the rain
But truth has lousy manners
It keeps interrupting names
I bought a secondhand alibi
Cheap enough to fit my life
It worked until you asked me twice
Now every version sounds like mine
I bought a secondhand alibi
With someone else’s reasons inside
The story held the timing died
Now every version sounds like mine
I said the train was running late
You knew that line from ’98
I blamed a man I’d never met
You said “At least invent him well”
I moved the evening half an hour
Changed the bar replaced the car
By then the lie had better shoes
And more ambition than the truth
I gave it dates and weather
A witness and a scar
You watched me build the ceiling
Then asked where the foundations are
I bought a secondhand alibi
Cheap enough to fit my life
It worked until you asked me twice
Now every version sounds like mine
I bought a secondhand alibi
With someone else’s reasons inside
The story held the timing died
Now every version sounds like mine
Mine on Monday
Mine by five
Mine when I need
Someone else to survive
The seller called at 2:13
Said “That excuse belongs to me”
I told him he could have it back
He laughed and said “You made it yours”
You poured your drink into the sink
Not angry almost entertained
You said “The worst part isn’t this
It’s how rehearsed you look in pain”
So here’s the part I didn’t buy
No clever date no useful guy
I stayed because I liked the risk
I left because you noticed it
No missing train no broken phone
No nameless friend to take the blame
I wanted two incompatible things
And called confusion by your name
I bought a secondhand alibi
Cheap enough to fit my life
It worked until you asked me why
Now every version sounds like mine
I bought a secondhand alibi
But guilt was never in the price
Keep the story keep the night
Every version sounds like mine
The truth was sitting in the car
Patient as an unpaid fare
I opened up the passenger door
It said “You took your time”

You Walked Away
Jules Starlight Mercer
Streetlights flicker they know your face
Dancin’ alone in this crowded place
You slipped away where the silence grows
In this empty cage where the cold wind blows
(Oh-oh-oh yeah!)
Heart’s still yearnin’ can’t let it go
In this empty space I’m losin’ control
(Whoa-oh!)
You walked away left me in the fire
Burnin’ through the nights chasin’ desire
Dreams like ashes scatter in the air
But I’m still here caught in your snare
(Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh!)
(Whoa-oh whoa-oh whoa-oh!)
Flickerin’ visions of what we had
Now it’s all gone just a touch so sad
I hear your voice but it’s far away
In this twisted game I’m forced to play
(Oh-oh-oh yeah!)
Heart’s still yearnin’ can’t let it go
In this empty space I’m losin’ control
(Whoa-oh!)
You walked away left me in the fire
Burnin’ through the nights chasin’ desire
Dreams like ashes scatter in the air
But I’m still here caught in your snare
(Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh!)
(Whoa-oh!)
Every step you take I’m fallin’ behind
In this shattered world no peace to find
(Whoa-oh!)
You walked away left me in the fire
Burnin’ through the nights chasin’ desire
Dreams like ashes scatter in the air
But I’m still here caught in your snare
(Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh!)
(Whoa-oh whoa-oh whoa-oh!)
In the silence I hear your name
But it’s just an echo a ghostly flame
(Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh!)

Call Me Expensive
Fonx Prime
Ow
Mm
Don’t act cheap with my heart
You got style
But you talk too much
You got taste
But you rush too much
I don’t need
A golden key
I just need
You next to me
No long speech
No big parade
Just that look
That you can’t fake
You say maybe
I say no
Pick a side
Or let me go
I’m not hard to love
I’m hard to fool
You play so sweet
But I know you
If you want my time
Spend it right
Don’t bring drama
To my Friday night
Call me expensive
Call me too much
Call me whenever
You need real love
Call me electric
Call me your type
Call me before you
Change your mind
You don’t need money
You need attention
I don’t want diamonds
I want intention
Call me expensive
Baby that’s fine
Cheap talk never
Gets my time
You wear cool
Like a second skin
But I see nerves
When I walk in
You try smooth
I try honest
You want games
I want promise
Don’t send flowers
Send the truth
I got better
Things to do
You say maybe
I say please
Don’t waste rhythm
On your knees
I’m not hard to love
I’m hard to fool
You play so sweet
But I know you
If you want my time
Spend it right
Don’t bring drama
To my Friday night
Call me expensive
Call me too much
Call me whenever
You need real love
Call me electric
Call me your type
Call me before you
Change your mind
You don’t need money
You need attention
I don’t want diamonds
I want intention
Call me expensive
Baby that’s fine
Cheap talk never
Gets my time
Less conversation
More dedication
Less explanation
More demonstration
I don’t need perfect
I don’t need rich
I need somebody
Who knows what this is
Say it cleaner
Stand up straighter
Love me now
Or miss me later
Call me expensive
Call me too much
Call me whenever
You need real love
Call me electric
Call me your type
Call me before you
Change your mind
You don’t need money
You need attention
I don’t want diamonds
I want intention
Call me expensive
Baby that’s fine
Cheap talk never
Gets my time
Ow
Don’t act cheap with my heart
Call me expensive
That’s a good start

Zahna Krouphouse

Zahna Krouphouse
Known for producing groovy beats that put a wiggle in your walk, Zahna Krouphouse is the hidden gem of the electronica scene with a penchant for igniting spontaneous kitchen dance parties. To the unassuming listener, Zahna's refreshing sound spells out freedom, exhilaration, and well... sheer joy!
Zahna got the break they've been waiting for when they were scouted by Filodyo. What started as a soundtrack for the aisle wanderers in stores turned out to be the foot-tapping, head-bobbing anthem for headphone warriors worldwide. Zahna's style? Think a vibrant fusion of Aphex Twin’s heart-thumping rhythm with Daft Punk's rhapsodic harmonies. But they punctuate it with a zesty twist of their own, stirring up their Krouphouse magic that flip-flops your heart and has your toes tapping a Morse code of elation.
Their crowning jewel? The catchy ditty christened "Self Mastery". Proving to be more than a hyped-up joyride, it's an electronic odyssey that weaves in the pulse of self-discovery, self-love, and well, mastering one's self. As Zahna says, it's the "digital lullaby of the self-actualized soul," if that doesn't make you double-click on their playlist, what will? On that happy note, may Zahna Krouphouse's music echo in your heart, head, and, inevitably, hips. Could you ask for a more funky companionship on your journey of self-mastery?
Self Mastery
Zahna Krouphouse
Verse 1:
Life throws its punches but I hold my ground
Emotions may rage but I won't be drowned
Through every trial I stand tall and strong
In the darkest hours I sing my own song
Chorus:
Self-control my guiding star
Through the chaos I'll go far
In the heat of battle I find my way
With inner strength I seize the day
Bridge:
In the quiet of my mind I find my peace
In life's whirlwind my worries cease
With every step I take command
Self-mastery my guiding hand
Outro:
So I stand resolute against the fray
With self-control I'll find my way
In life's dance I'll always strive
With unwavering resolve I'll thrive

Meet Spark Lee, the Iberian master of bass and beats, constantly spinning the tapestry of life into groovy dance tracks. Known for his collaborations with the likes of Ava Bennett on the contagious track, "Hope in His Eyes," Lee's ability to fabricate charm and charisma from thin air has made him a spectacle of the independent music scene.
The name 'Spark Lee' is suggestive of his music — bursting with energy, electrifying—yet with a calm finesse. Channeling his Spanish roots, a consistent release of rhythmic, upbeat songs has seen fans scrambling to catch some flamenco flair, reinvented for the wired generation.
Lee's world isn't all about dropping beats and flipping vinyl, though. It's about painting vibrant, melodic expressions that bring happiness to every listener under his soundwave. You might say he's turned 'smiling' into a sort of motion-inducing kinetic art form. Put his track on, and you're compelled to find your rhythm, your joy, your Spark Lee-esque 'happy'.
No, Spark Lee isn't just making music; he's making magic—a sorcerer of sound, a wizard of the waveform, whipping out dance tracks that are as infectious as they are inspired. So next time you need a lift, remember—one hit of Spark Lee, and you'll be lighting up the dance floor in no time.
Hope in His Eyes (ft Ava Bennett)
Spark Lee
(Verse 1)
In the outskirts of the town where shadows loom tall
Ali walks with dreams though the odds seem to fall
From humble beginnings his spirit stands tall
In the midst of adversity he answers the call
(Chorus)
Hope in his eyes like a beacon in the night
Ali's story unfolds in the dimming light
Through trials and tribulations he finds his way
In the corner of the neighborhood where hope holds sway
(Verse 2)
With each passing day he carves his own path
Facing struggles head-on never fearing the wrath
From the dusty streets to the stars above
Ali's determination shines a testament of love
(Chorus)
Hope in his eyes like a beacon in the night
Ali's story unfolds in the dimming light
Through trials and tribulations he finds his way
In the corner of the neighborhood where hope holds sway
(Bridge)
Through laughter and tears he perseveres
Building castles of dreams conquering fears
For in his heart there burns a fire
A relentless drive to reach higher and higher
(Chorus)
Hope in his eyes like a beacon in the night
Ali's story unfolds in the dimming light
Through trials and tribulations he finds his way
In the corner of the neighborhood where hope holds sway
(Outro)
So let his tale be heard far and wide
Of a boy from the outskirts with hope as his guide
For in the darkest of nights he found his ray
In the kenar mahalle where dreams find their way

Life Feels Like Mor...
The Faded Ticket Booth
Verified Artist
The Faded Ticket Booth
The Faded Ticket Booth is a four-piece Scottish acoustic group built around a warm, narrative-driven female vocal. Their music leans into everyday poetry rather than spectacle: upright bass, brushed drums, clean acoustic guitar, and voices that feel like shared conversation rather than performance. They sound like a street you’ve walked before but can’t quite place, a melody you remember without knowing when you heard it.
They formed on the quieter edges of Edinburgh’s busking circuits, shaping their sound in places where attention isn’t guaranteed — doorways, market corners, the brief hush that follows passing footsteps. That background taught them presence without volume; phrasing without force; sincerity without staging. Their arrangements remain intentionally uncluttered, preferring atmosphere over punch.
Influenced by the acoustic honesty of late-80s British folk-pop and the conversational phrasing of Eddi Reader, they record with a philosophy of leave the human parts in. Light string squeaks, the breath before a high note, the soft brush of a chord change — if it’s true, it stays. The result isn’t retro, but unhurried; not nostalgic, but familiar in a way that feels quietly earned.
Their recorded work is released in a deliberately limited way: not everywhere at once, not across every platform, but carried by NOT FM and Filodyo as their primary homes, where their catalog lives with the same intention as their songwriting. It isn’t framed as exclusivity for the sake of strategy — just a quieter kind of presence, placed where it feels understood.
Life Feels Like Morning
The Faded Ticket Booth
Sunlight pours like honey in my half-awake cup
Steps on the pavement keep lining me up
A soft little rhythm in the turn of the day
Like my heart learned the world had a kinder way
I don’t need a reason the reason found me
In the quiet of the doorway where the street meets the breeze
Life feels like morning like pages turning warm and slow
Love feels like timing like finding what you didn’t know
If the wind ever falters I’ll steady what I can
Life feels like morning again and again
There’s a stray-cat freedom in the corner of the lane
Windows with stories I can’t quite explain
Paper ships in puddles sailing nowhere grand
But isn’t that a voyage when the map’s in your hand?
I don’t need a reason the reason found me
In the hush before the chorus where the skyline agrees
Life feels like morning like pages turning warm and slow
Love feels like timing like finding what you didn’t know
If the wind ever falters I’ll steady what I can
Life feels like morning again and again
Maybe what we call “arrival” is just learning how to stand
Not to conquer every moment just to meet it where we land
Life feels like morning like chairs pulled out and waiting still
Love feels like timing like the echo of a windowsill
If the wind ever falters I’ll steady what I can
Life feels like morning… again and again

Corazón Perdid
Dalia Rio
Verified Artist
Dalia Rio
Dalia Rio emerged from the intimate music scene of a small college town, where she first captivated audiences at The Echo, a beloved local venue. It was there, during an electrifying live session in 2023, that her raw talent was captured and leaked online, igniting an unexpected buzz around her work. With a voice that dances between playful and poignant, Dalia's music reflects the complexities of love and loss, woven together with the vibrant threads of Latin and pop influences.
Her latest single, "Corazón Perdid," exemplifies this lyrical depth, inviting listeners into a bittersweet exploration of longing and hopefulness. With its romantic undertones and evocative imagery of searching for lost love, the track serves as a perfect entry point into Dalia’s broader catalog. Each of her songs resonates with themes of emotional vulnerability and resilience, often using metaphors of fire and light to convey deeper narratives about connection and solitude.
Now based in New York, Dalia returns with a fresh perspective after a long hiatus, eager to reconnect with her audience both old and new. Her artistry has matured, enriched by life experiences that deepen her songwriting. As she continues to create music that bridges past emotions with present reflections, Dalia Rio is poised to carve out her place in the contemporary music landscape while keeping the spirit of her college-town roots alive.
Corazón Perdid
Dalia Rio
[Intro]
Corazón perdido ¿dónde vas?
En cada sombra te busco más
[Verso 1]
La noche arde en mis manos vacías
Tus besos son llamas que ya no son mías
Te vi bailar en el fuego del sol
Y me quedé solo con mi dolor
[Pre-Coro]
Tus ojos eran luz eran canción
Ahora son un eco de mi corazón
[Coro]
Corazón perdido vuelve a mí
No me dejes solo en este abril
Que cada paso en la calle fría
Me recuerda lo que eras mi alegría
[Verso 2]
Las guitarras lloran en mi ventana
Como si supieran que no hay mañana
Y en cada tango te escucho venir
Pero es mi mente que no quiere huir
[Pre-Coro]
Tus labios eran vino y tempestad
Hoy son silencio y soledad
[Coro]
Corazón perdido vuelve a mí
No me dejes solo en este abril
Que cada paso en la calle fría
Me recuerda lo que eras mi alegría
[Puente]
Bailaré con tus recuerdos
Aunque duelan los inviernos
Si algún día vuelves amor
Serás mi eterno calor
[Coro Final]
Corazón perdido vuelve a mí
Te buscaré hasta el fin
Porque en mi alma no hay olvido
Solo un corazón… perdido

Rhythm of Us
45th Tier
Verified Artist
45th Tier
45th Tier is the collaboration of London-born vocalist and songwriter Darius Cole and Rotterdam-based producer Malachi Venn. The two first met during an after-hours session in a basement studio above a closed furniture warehouse, where an unfinished Rhodes progression and a distorted bass loop kept playing long after everyone else had left. What began as a single improvised recording slowly developed into a shared language built around restraint, physical rhythm and the fragile moments when a club track feels close to falling apart.
Cole’s low, unpolished vocal delivery gives the duo its human center, while Venn shapes the surrounding space with detuned synthesizers, chopped organ phrases, live percussion and heavily worn tape processing. Rather than chasing clean electronic production, 45th Tier deliberately leaves small imperfections in their recordings: uneven conga hits, overloaded spring reverbs, breaths between lines and drum fills that briefly pull against the grid. Their music sits somewhere between deep house, broken soul and the intimate final hour of an underground dance floor.
Their debut single, “Rhythm of Us,” is built around a relationship that can no longer be explained through conversation but still survives through movement. A restless bassline, loose percussion and submerged guitar fragments circle Cole’s voice as the track repeatedly approaches collapse without ever fully breaking. The song introduces 45th Tier as a duo less interested in perfection than tension: two distinct musicians meeting inside the same pulse, holding it together for as long as they can.
Rhythm of Us
45th Tier
Looking at the night see the colors blend
Every beat we chase it's a brand new trend
We move together hearts in sync
No need to worry let the music drink
Let’s lose ourselves feel the sound rise
Underneath the stars we’ll never disguise
Every signal of the bass pulling us near
In this moment there's nothing to fear
WE MOVE we fly with every touch we ignite
Dancing close like fire burning bright
This rhythm of us aftertone through the night
With every heartbeat we’re feeling so right
Lost in the magic in this joyful space
Every glance we share it’s a warm hold
We’ll keep on dancing don’t let it fade
Glow of now memories are made
Take a step closer let the world fade
Every moment cherished never afraid
We’ll paint the night with our laughter and light
Together we soar a beautiful flight
WE MOVE we fly with every touch we ignite
Dancing close like fire burning bright
This rhythm of us aftertone through the night
With every heartbeat we’re feeling so right
